The Kingdom of Doppeland Joins Kozlova

The Kingdom of Doppeland which was formally a independent protectorate of Kozlova has now surrendered independence to join Kozlova. The former King of Doppeland stated that: " the reason we have decided to join is that Doppeland wasn't growing and was begging to deteriorate, and i believe that it was necessary to join Kozlova in order to stop Doppeland from going into a state of total decline"

The final deal was settled today, and Doppeland is now official a state of Kozlova, however it will remain a semi-autonomous state, and will be allowed its own parliament, however it will be forced to recollect passports given out to its citizens. The President of Kozlova, Miles Pressland has stated that: "Doppeland became independent from Kozlova a few months ago, but has recently began to deteriorate, it was, therefore decided that Doppeland would re-join Kozlova, but they have also held the right to leave at any point, should they wish to."

It is hoped that as part of Kozlova, Doppeland will be able to grow and possibly at some point, be able to regain independence once they can sustain themselves.

Kozlovan Government Goes Through Reform

The Government of Kozlova has recently gone through a reform, issued by the Supreme Leader, Miles Pressland, as he felt that the old system did not work. The FDA (Peoples Federal Assembly) has yet to confirm the reform plans, however it is believed that they will agree to the the new proposals put forth by the Supreme Leader. The old system was seen as being inefficient, as the FDA had to appoint all Ministerial positions, which slowed down the rate of growth in the Government, also, certain titles and roles have been changed, as they caused confusion as to their role in the Government.

Changes

• The Supreme Leader will now be known as the President of Kozlova, as the old name caused confusion as to the role
• The Vice Leader will now be known as the Prime Minister of Kozlova, and will head the FDA
• All major ministerial positions will now be appointed by the President of Kozlova
• All positions of the Supreme Court will now be appointed by the President of Kozlova
• All State ministerial positions will be voted for every six months
• The President is responsible of the management of the major ministerial positions
• The Prime Minister is now responsible of the management of the FDA and the State ministerial positions
• Secession from Kozlova will be voted on by the FDA

All changes listed here will be included as amendments in the Constitution of Kozlova.

Fellow Citizens of Kozlova, I am happy to announce that the formal Constitution of our grand country has been made and ratified. A Peoples Federal Assembly had been formed in order to give the people of Kozlova a say in how our glorious nation is run. We may be new, but our progress has been pure, and this constitution is a clear sign of what we have achieved.

Peoples Federal Assembly:

As stated before, the peoples assembly will give ALL citizens an opportunity to speak for what they believe in. The peoples assembly is the main executive and legislative branch of the government, and we hope that you will be happy to be given an opportunity to speak.
